Uchi and food ^^

So I tested out a short bread recipe from joyofbaking.com Halfed the recipe cos just in case it did not turn out how I hoped it would ^^;
The Dear biscults we got on the weekend is almost finished and I was hoping I can replicate or create something similar to it ^^ The taste of the Dear biscults reminded me of shortbread ^^!
I must say the result tasted pretty goot! It’s actually not too sweet, just the way I like it :3 But can’t have too much of it tho cos it’s quite a bit of butter to consume, if I couldn’t hold back and finish everything in one sitting LOL! Took some to the in law’s place last nite, hope they liked it too ^^
If I make it again I may try to use granulated sugar just to see if it is any crispier ^^ Had some with milk tea Oiishi! XD
Yesterday’s dinner ^^ Left over wintermelon soup (the last of it) rice, broccoli and chicken breast, (left over) garlic mashpotato “pan cake” I mixed in one egg, some defrosted corn bits, and chopped spring onion :3 It’s a good way to vary mashpotatos :D
